SUMMARY
This is a great deal for those of you who are looking to switch (or to some who are looking to try and flip a phone for profit). It wasn’t quite a great of deal for me because the taxes killed it (as you can see in the images/screencap) but nevertheless, it’s a deal worth checking out if you’re in the market because you DO have to port in a number.
Visible is Verizon Wireless’ relatively new prepaid option, that’s separate from their own prepaid services. The primary difference is that Visible caps your speed at 5Mbps, and according to some, you do not have the 3G/2G service which *may* limit your coverage in more rural areas. And last but not least, this phone has been confirmed to be unlocked so should you decide that you don’t like Visible’s service, you’re more than welcome to stick another SIM in it and use it.
The price for me came out to ($408 + 2 months of service required ($80) + tax) $526.76 before the $200 Mastercard would arrive.
